I work with dynamic men and women who want to do big things with their lives, yet experience mood andhealth challenges, limiting beliefs, or relational obstacles that keep them from fully realizing their potential. I also work with the "highly sensitive person," or empath, who struggles with finding balance in this over-stimulating, fast-paced world. I help my clients get centered and balanced, so they can live happier, more vital and fulfilled lives.

Therapeutic Approach & Philosophy
The heart of my work follows an attachment-focused approach, which seeks to strengthen our sense of trust and security within ourselves and our closest relationships. I'm informed by interpersonal neurobiology, somatic and mindfulness theories and practices -- emphasizing acceptance, compassion, and embodiment. I'm shaped by evidence-based trainings in WellCoaches, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy).
When I work with a client, I see a whole person whose mental and physical health is inseparable from her relationships, lifestyle patterns, and beliefs. He's someone who has all the resources he needs within him - and just needs to be able to access them. The thing is, many of us are looking outside of ourselves for roadmaps to our lives. But only you know what you need and who you truly are. Therapy is a way to help you find the courage to trust and uncover your unique and higher self and make the transitions that promote growth, well-being, and empowerment. Actually, the word “therapist” doesn’t always hit it for me. I see myself as a coach, a guide to your internal landscape, anda compassionate ally on your journey of self-discovery and actualization.
